Seattle Bank Adds Executives to Support Growth

Seattle Bank announces additions to its Management Team to support continued high growth and new client initiatives. Bryan Johnson has joined the Bank as EVP, Chief Financial Officer and Sharon Davis has joined as SVP, Deposit Operations and Client Experience.

Bryan Johnson joined the Bank from SmartBank in Knoxville, TN where he was the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for eight years. During that tenure, Bryan oversaw the finance area as the Bank grew from $250 million to $2.3 billion in assets and became a publicly traded company. He also has deep experience in bank acquisitions having been involved in six transactions. Bryan also has eight years of experience in private and public company valuation work for a Registered Investment Advisor. Bryan is a C.F.A., holds an M.B.A. and a J.D. from the University of Tennessee, and is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point.
Sharon Davis joined the Bank in the newly created role of SVP, Deposit Operations and Client Experience. Previously, she spent seven years as an operations professional at Premera Blue Cross Health Insurance Company, providing oversight for customer service, membership & billing, and claims processing. In this role, Sharon led five operations teams and over 100 operations professionals. Prior to this, Sharon was SVP, Bank Operations Manager at Cascade Bank in Everett, WA for more than five years in which time the Bank grew significantly. Sharon attended Edmonds Community College and has held leadership roles in a number of local non-profits, including serving as a board member of both the United Way of Snohomish County and Everett Chamber of Commerce.
